To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please take a moment to review the following session guidelines:

                1. Booking & Payment

•  All sessions must be booked in advance.
•  A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to confirm your booking.
•  The remaining balance is due on the day of the session, before shooting begins.

                 2. Studio & Location Fees

•  Studio rental is not included in the session price and must be paid separately by the client. Studio rates typically range from $50 to $150 per hour, depending on the location.
•  Outdoor locations within a 15-mile radius of Miami, FL are included.
•  A travel fee of $50 applies for any location beyond 15 miles.

                 3. Out-of-State & Long-Distance Travel

•  Sessions in other cities or states are possible and welcomed.
•  Such sessions must be discussed personally and arranged in advance, and may require additional travel and accommodation costs.

                 4. Arrival Time

•  Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to prepare and settle in.
•  Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.

                   5. Preparation

•  All clothing should be clean, prepared, and wrinkle-free.
•  Hair and makeup should be completed prior to arrival (unless your package includes styling).
•  Feel free to bring props or personal items that are meaningful to you.

                 6. During the Session

•  Follow the photographer’s guidance to get the best results.
•  If you have specific pose ideas or inspiration, please share them in advance.
•  The most important thing - relax and enjoy the process!

                7. Children & Pets

•  For sessions with children, bring along their favorite toy or snack to help them stay comfortable.
•  Pets are welcome in select sessions - please inform us in advance.

                8. Editing, Delivery & RAW Files

•  All final images are professionally retouched and delivered via a private online gallery.
•  My goal is to keep editing very light, so the images will look natural and authentic.
•  I can remove scars, bruises (if you wish), clean messy surfaces, smooth skin, and reduce some skin folds - always based on your preferences.
•  However, I do not remove stretch marks, tattoos, birthmarks, or clothing imprints on the skin.
•  Standard delivery time: 7-14 business days after the session.
•  The gallery will remain available in cloud storage for 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
•  Clients are fully responsible for downloading and securely saving their images before the expiration date. After this period, files will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
•  After the session, I will upload images from the shoot to your private gallery.
•  Clients may request RAW files with basic color correction (not retouched) for an additional $50. These will be delivered via the same gallery and follow the same 30-day storage policy.
•  If you'd like to select which photos you'd like to be edited, just let me know - and I’ll be happy to provide the full set for your review.
•  Unedited (RAW) images are not included in Packages 1 and 2, but they can be purchased at any time.
•  If you wish to receive more retouched images than what is included in your package, additional editing is available at $15 per image.

              9. Cancellations & Rescheduling

•  At least 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.
•  In the case of cancellation, no-show, or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice, the client forfeits the session deposit.
•  The deposit will serve as a cancellation fee and is non-refundable under these circumstances.
•  However, the deposit may be transferred if the session is rescheduled within 30 days of the original date and proper notice is given.

•  10. Image Rights & Usage
• The photographer retains full copyright to all images.
• Clients receive personal usage rights for sharing and printing.
• Images may be used in the photographer’s portfolio, website, or social media unless the client specifically requests otherwise in writing.
